i notice that when i restart my computer, the rendering time is much much faster than when im using my computer say more than two hours. any thoughts on this?

i know that one of the basic thing to do when su and podium slows down is  by copying the whole image and pasting it to new file. but then i loose all my scene pages.

are the two things similar in anyway?

This is known issue with SU and nothing to do with Podium. It is called memory leak. The only thing which helps is to restart your comp. Restarting application only does not help.

System restart is always good for everyones health!..

there is a ruby script available to export and import scenes/pages settings between different su files. Unfortunately it is not a freebie...

it seems that restarting the system is a good option before rendering specially when you are rendering big images.
