For the benefit of everyone else, AO is ambient occlusion, and I presume you mean 'Depth of Field' for DOP.
Ambient Occlusion is a simplified version of Global Illumination. Why on earth would we want a cruder version of something we already have? So no on this one.
Depth of Field isn't going to be implemented. The render engine supports it, but the problem is how to implement it into Podium. Even if we built in this level of complexity in a simple and intuitive way, you would have the same problem that you have with all forms of post-processing - if you get it wrong, you need to re-render your scene. With high quality renders you might need to wait for over an hour. The alternative - of doing this in your render editor takes 5 minutes, and is fully interactive. You get exactly the effect you want and much more quickly.
