Hi guys, I've been trying to use the panopdm server but strangely some of the most important interface buttons have disappeared. No amount of page refreshes or computer restarts seems to fix it. Any ideas?

Looks fine to me. Have you tried using a different Browser? Something may have screwed up your settings.

I tried first in safari, and then on google chrome. This is all I'm getting on either of them:
When I try resizing the window, some other buttons momentarily appear, but they leave after a split second.

Do you have a different Windows user account you can try?

It's working fine for me on Windows and Mac.

Looks like some kind of system issue your end...

I would usually suggest deleting your browser cache, but since it's happening both Safari and Chrome, it doesn't seem like a likely solution.

Still could be worth a try.

Thanks for the advice so far everyone. I'm also getting a "not secure" message on both web browsers when I try accessing the site. I also tried deleting my cache on safari, but this has mad no difference. As I said, the other interface buttons flash momentarily, but then disappear.

Hmm.  The not secure message is because the site uses HTTP instead of HTTPS.  It's generally fine, but maybe if you have a firewall doing some kind of SSL screening or something? (I don't know much about browser security).

Having said that.... in Chrome if you click the "Not secure" message, there is a "Site Settings" link that you can click.

Maybe go in there an make sure nothing is inadvertently being blocked?  There is even a reset settings option, which could be worth trying.

Are you sure the server is working for you? I've now tried on an android phone, an iPad, iMac, and a MacBook. All on different operating systems. I also used both safari and chrome. I also tried making a new account, and deleting browser cache. It seems like there is definitely a problem with the website. All I keep getting is that blank interface with most of the buttons missing that I posted earlier. Does anyone know who I can report the problem to at SU Podium?

Thanks,

Adam

Yeah if you've tested that many devices there could definitely be a problem.

It is working fine for me, but the site is powered by more than one AWS server.  So it's possible that one or more is having an issue -- that has actually happened in the past after a widespread outage.

Send an email to support@cadalog-inc.com, explain the problem and it's probably a good idea to link this thread.

I can also report it.
