Thanks Steve, it's really useful to have confirmation that these issues might be caused by configuration of the local network.
It's really frustrating when people report issues we can't duplicate and we suspect it's s client end configuration issue. We can tell customers "it's not happening here" but I'm sure many think that we are not taking it seriously and are making excuses...
We don't do this, it's not in our interests to have any customers to have a sub-optimal experience, but these things can be really hard to diagnose!
