Beta 1 has expired and Beta3 has been uploaded. If you are testing EditInPlace, download the latest beta from
http://www.suplugins.com/edit/ The double byte naming problem has been fixed. Check this cool plugin out while it's still free. you can edit components that are part of a model in a different SketchUp session. I have not tried this across networks but in theory, it should work.

It is indeed real great! Worked fine with me!
Its the king of plugin you don't know you want, you don't know when it'll be useful but when that damn clipping things comes, your glad you have it. Its a lot easer to zoom and navigate too!
Very handy when it comes to modify light fittings in a big drawing!

This might be a bit offtopic:
Would it be possible to make cross-model editable components? Say I have Component-X, when I edit that, it will be automatically (or when the model is loaded) updated in Model-Y and Model-Z ? __________________ Best Regards

When I try to download an image file with the Overlay function the programs hangs. Anyone knows a solution? Thanks! Paul
