Hi All,

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I can't get Podium Pro Walker GPU to save to any folder, not matter what I do. I have tried the following:

I have tried starting Sketchup with administrator thinking that somehow my admin account wasn't working with Sketchup.

I tried enabling permissions (admin setting) for photo folder, desktop, and just about everything else I can think of.

I am totally lost and not sure what else I am missing, I have Podium Render v2.5 and it works flawlessly. Just paid and put Pro Walker GPU and it's not saving and not sure what to do. Any tips, fixes or "Hey you need to do this", would be greatly appreciated. Made a 500 Sample Render this morning - 30 minutes and I lost it. So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Zac.

**EDIT** - just did a 2 second run start to show the message.

I have seen the folder permissions problem with Podium pretty often in support, but I think this is the first time it's come up with ProWalker.  Sorry you lost a 30 minute render.

Can you successfully save in any other locations?  Documents? Or Pictures like it suggests?

Putting a folder directly on the C drive almost always solves this -- I think because you're actually "above" the \Users folder in the file-path, so admin permissions don't even come into play.

Try something like C:\images as a test.

I wish I had a better suggestion than that though, because it's not the best for organization.

Okay, I'll try that tomorrow and yes, it does the same thing no matter the location.

I'll try just using one word for the save and try creating the director as you said and see what happens. Thank you for the response!

Okay, so no error message any longer - created the C:\images folder but it still will not save to the folder. So frustrated, sent email to Podium, hoping they can point me in the right direction.
