Nice Render!

As others point out in other examples, move 1 or 2 mm the items on the counter to make a shadow in the base (more realistic)

Maybe the scale of the floor texture too small?

and the lit fireplace at sun time?

Some turned off lights on the ceiling?

Some excellent points have already been made, but for me the most obvious one is the view angle and height of the camera.

Try switching to 2 point perspective, setting View angle to 35-45degrees and lowering the camera height. It looks like eye level is pretty much in line with the top shelf on the opposite wall, which would make it about 2m/6'6" above floor level!
