can anyone help me how to remove those blotches in every time i make render model it appears a lot of BLOTches. grrrrr!!!!. please give me some advice..!!!

Can you upload the image or the model or both? There's a couple of way to get rid of blotches but it depends on the model and textures, IMO.  Answer depends a lot on whether this in interior or exterior.  you might first use the highest quality presets - QMC presets.

sounds like you may be using LEMs?  Try using the omni point lights

here is the preview of my project.

 If you'll  observe. there are a lot of blotches in every corners of ceiling and other corners. can you help me to disappear those blotches. can you give me some tips to prevent it.

One thing can you help me about the sofa. THE PROBLEM IS.. in Sketch up the full color of my sofa model is BROWN LEATHER. when i rendered it. it appears. GRAY!! OMG.
I try to reverse its  faces to appear it brown leather but it was not luck! look at the photo no. 2..

can you help me with these problems?

Which preset?

Try the ultimaLEM and noisy150. If you want better quality, get V2...
