I'm having issues rendering my models and where they are going. It was working fine when I created a file in the C: drive for the first project I did. I left for Mexico to party and golf and returned to find that, that is no longer working.
I put a drawing straight into the C: drive and not in a folder and rendered and still no image saved.
 Have no idea what happened.
 Please advise. Thanks.

We need a few pieces of information first to narrow it down.
1. Windows or Mac
2. Which version of Podium
3. Which version of SketchUp
4. If you are using Windows, which antivirus software do you have, and do you have a firewall
5. How have you configured Podium to save your image - to which folder?
6. Have you ever been able to create a rendered image from Podium?

The usual cause of issues like this is security software blocking the Podium Render Manger, either at installation or while it is trying to open or render an image.
This can be the firewall or the antivirus software.
Alternatively we have had issues with customers saving images in their individual user profiles, and having long pathnames, or ones with accented or non-standard characters. We thought we had resolved the latter one, but we have had instances recently where it has happened again.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here's my answers.

1. Windows or Mac Windows 10
2. Which version of Podium V2.5 Plus
3. Which version of SketchUp 2018
4. If you are using Windows, which antivirus software do you have, and do you have a firewall Windows Defender is off, I have Kaspersky, not sure if that matters.
5. How have you configured Podium to save your image - to which folder? Set to save image to model on the C😃rive. I created a Render folder, in there I have client folders and in there I have sub client folders when needed.
6. Have you ever been able to create a rendered image from Podium? Yes, it was working fine and then now it doesn't.

Also, I put my podium license number in the Podium browser the first time and found that I needed a different license number for that. I put the right one in but it keeps resetting to the first wrong license. I can keep re adding the correct one but it's a bit annoying. If you have a fix to that too, would be nice.

Sounds like a security update. You need to create a firewall exception to allow Podium Render Manager OOPR.exe to run.
You’ll need to look up your Kaspersky documentation to work this out.

When you create a render, does the Render Manager dialog appear? Can you see renders queued in the dialog. Do you see the render preview window?

I'll have to look into that. If I render straight from the C: drive then everything works fine but it's going to get disorganized. As long as I can keep rendering then that's the main focus. I would like not to have to enter my podium browser license every time I use. Any thoughts on that?

Also. When I create a render in a sub folder the manager does disappear but not when I'm rendering the the C: drive folder

Sorry, I had that wrong. I am able to render in a subfolder in the C: Drive I named Renders but in doesn't save images when I render straight in the C: drive and it does not render in a subfolder of my Renders folder. Seems that a subfolder in the C: drive will work for now.

That looks like a Windows permissions/system issue to me.

You shouldn't render to the root of the system drive anyway. What happens when you try to create a folder under 'My Documents' for your work? Does it work okay then?
