For Podium Browser current version, the PB license is stored differently than it is with SU Podium.  SU Podium stores an actual license file in the ProgramData (Win) or Global Library folder (Mac).

Podium Browser is like many SketchUp extensions where the extension and the license file is saved in the USER folder and not the global, ProgramData folder (like SU Podium is).

Currently if you have multiple users using the same computer (I'm assuming Windows), the Podium Browser license code is save here (assuming you are using SketchUp 2018 Win):

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\SketchUp\PrivatePreferences.json

This file also stores all the SketchUp preferences as well.

If you have more than one user on one computer, one potential solution is to copy the PrivatePreferences.json file each of the users accounts on the same computer here - C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\SketchUp\.

You can use the same PB license on the same computer.  That's allowed.  (You can not use the same PB license on more than one computer).

Alternatively, you can enter the same PB license for every user of the same computer  That means, opening up SketchUp and activate the PB license for every user account on the computer.

We are changing this with SU Podium V2.6 which will combine SU Podium and Podium Browser.  So the same SU Podium license saved in the Program Data folder will activate podium Browser.

In the meantime, if you want to deploy PB, you will to either copy the same PrivatePreferences.json to C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\SketchUp\ or manual activate PB for each user.

Keep in mind PrivatePreferences.json also has all the SketchUp preferences stored.  Users can change their preferences though.

For the Mac substitute the C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\SketchUp\PrivatePreferences.json

for this:

Both PrivatePreferences.json and SharedPreferences.json are where the preferences and Podium Browser license code are store .  They are located here -  /Users//Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2018/SketchUp.

Note the // between Users and Library, that's for your user name.
