Haha thank you Nib. I look forward to seeing your work! "PP a bit" doesn't describe it well haha, its pretty heavily PP, maybe a bit to much?

My humble opinion

The pot and plant in the center of the round table caught my attention a little too much, it looks like it's casting light, reducing the highlights in PP maybe helps?

Thx

Hi Nib,

Well the image above this one is the Photoshoped RAW render with various adjustments, then I took this and was just playing around on my iPhone last night. I reduced "Saturation", reduced "Cast", reduced "Black Point" and increased contrast slightly. It was the black point adjustment that gives it that softer "foggy feel. Do you prefer this PP to my previous images? I thought it looked slightly more realistic.

Hey Joe3D

Really nice work you have going on here. Absolutely beautiful scene and love both versions of it. Loved the simplicity of the first few you did and the processing on those were perfect for the simplicity, but I also love these last few you've posted. Apart from the detailing, i'm a sucker for that muted contrasty look, and this sir, is just that!

Good stuff man and amazing eye for detail!

Regards,
Val

I just decided to post my whole process of getting to the final image. This is still not final but its getting close now. Will probably hold of posting final image until nearer deadline. I like your idea of leaving it for a bit and coming back with a fresh look at it. Will try this!

Trust me pal, it works. For me, after shooting a wedding with 2000+ pictures after a while you just start going with the motion. A few days later I look back on the photos and say "What the heck was I thinking when I was editing?" [biggrin]

Some more development work. Not finished yet but shows where I am up to currently. I have attached the RAW render, line overlay and PP image.
