Hi.

Using sketchup 2015 and the new beta SU Podium V2 Version: 2.19.002,  the podium browser trees do not seem to be fully rendering the transparent parts.

This was rendered as a transparent PNG using podium physical sky 2

Had no issues in previous versions.

I have pasted the transparent PNG over a dark background so that it highlights the issues with the trees.

Can you look at the tree component and copy it's name?

Was it 3D or 2D tree?

Sorry for the late reply

It is one of the 3D trees called Acer Davidii (Acer_davidii.skp#1)

Yeah, I can confirm this. Though when you render with a dark background instead of transparent background, there are no white halos.

Thanks for pointing this out.

We think this was one of the earlier 3D trees, created before we had completely overcome this issue. To overcome it, you edit the leaf texture in PhotoShop and go to >Layer>Matting>Remove white matte.

We'll get to it, but until we do, that's how you fix it!
