Hi eoronia, welcome to the forum!

I think these image links are broken?  I can't see them at least.

I can't see them either. You might need to upload them again. Use the More Reply Options button at the bottom, and use the Insert Photos option.

I actually can see them emedded in the earlier post.

Wow impressive modeling! Probably just a coincidence, but this totally reminds me of Empire State Plaza in Albany NY: https://assets.simpleviewcms.com/simpleview/image/upload/c_fill,h_786,q_60,w_1400/v1/clients/albany/WinterEvents_eaa31453-d283-4583-bddc-20b72e6bf66d.jpg

Have skated there a couple times when visiting family.

I'd suggest working on those foreground bushes, but maybe those are just stand-ins.  I think the silhouettes work very well!

Fabulous attention to detail on the building!

The texturing on the posts and the hedges will be critical. I would also find a good texture for the ice, with blade marks and mottling and the like. Setting up the material properties for this will be critical. Personally I would make the surface translucent with a fairly low transparency, and I would also consider putting a really, really low power LEM below the ice surface just to get that kind of glow. Not that I want to tell you how to do it - you might have a way cooler idea [cool]

Those lights look like they have LEMs applied to the glass which is a big no-no. Use a bulb component, and make the glass transparent.

The silhouetted people look good for a kind of sketchy image that isn't supposed to look fully photorealistic. I personally wouldn't do this for a competition image though, but again, you might have a cunning plan that will work beautifully!
