I updated to Sketchup 2018.
Reinstalled SU Podium 2.5+. Now i cant get it to work.
It looks like it starts i get a icon on the taskbar but no window.

I turned my antivirus off (Bit defender) and tryed to reinstall it still does not work.

Any ideas ?

So you can see the Podium toolbar?
Instead of using the leftmost sphere icon (the render button) try using the one directly to the right of it. It looks like a scroll. It creates a script that can be loaded into the Render Manager. You will need to save the script file somewhere you can remember.

You can find the application (OOPR.exe) here:
C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Plugins\SU_Podium_V3\programs

Try running it, and loading the script file you created earlier with the Add file.. button.

If it launches and renders we most likely have a firewall issue.

Try downloading the file again. Some antivirus applications block components of downloads.

I have bitdefender and it worked for me. I'm not sure if I downloaded the file, or just transferred it from another machine.

There is an odd, kinda rare bug where the OOPR window size gets set to... zero basically.

If you can see the icon in the taskbar, try Shift + Right Clicking on it, and then choose maximize.

After that you should be able to scale it manually back to a reasonable size.
