There is a fix for the OOPR crashing problem for the Windows version of SU Podium V2. Here is the link to download -
http://www.su-podium.com/content/download/SU_Podium_V2_Win_Setup.exe
It's a good idea to uninstall SU Podium first before installing this new version.

We are working on an updated Mac version that should solve any OOPR crashing problems.

There have been glitches and bugs with the release of SU Podium V2.  These are things we did not experience with the beta or with our tests.  I apologize for any problems these bugs are occurring.  The bugs seem to have to do with the new license manager.

But the fixes are coming rapidly.

The trial versions have no license manager and works as expected so this may be an alternative for some as bugs get fixed in the full version.  The trial version's maximum resolution output is your computer's viewport size.

The other 2 major problems are - a. Installation failures - this happens on some Mac computers.  b. Serial numbers getting stuck upon entering - again primarily a Mac problem.   Both are being are being worked on as quickly as possible.  Please report any other issues. Let us know the Operating system and version of SketchUp and whether or not you had a beta version installed previously.

Thank you,  Dave

We are experiencing an issue with V2 for Windows, where having selected a new directory to send the completed renderings and rendering a scene, it shows up in preview mode, but does not save the rendered file anywhere, let alone the specified directory file. Any solutions?

We haven't seen this issue before, so it is more likely that you have made a typo or are looking for the rendered image in the wrong place.

Have you done a Windows search for the image? You won't know the exact filename, but if your model is called mymodel.skp, the image name will start with mymodel and be followed by a series of numbers which relate to the date and time.

If you do a Windows search on your machine for mymodel*.jpg or mymodel*.png (depending on the file format you chose) you should find it. If you are not familiar with wildcard characters, you can use them throughout Windows as an abbreviation for any number of characters. You could also use *ymodel*.* for example.

You might also try testing something simple like c:\temp first.

is your installation complete?

Do you have the folder "materials" in the Podium folder in the Plugins folder in the SketchUp folder?
