Easy to cut out and make into .pngs too.

There is a program, called Filter Forge. It makes textures too. Most of them are seamless and size independent Here are the library with over 7k filters, textures and effects.

The program has a fully functional trial version

For example here is a collection of building-ralated textures: http://filterforge.com/filters/category47-page1.html

Thanks FilterForge for your information about FilterForge.
FilterForge looks good..eh, FilterForge? What exactly does FilterForge filter, FilterForge?..or does it actually 'forge'?
And just for the record...could you tell us all that you [FilterForge] and the application [FilterForge] have the same name... by pure coincidence?

Very comprehensive range, but none seem to be seamless. They'll all need a bit of work on tiling in PS.
