AMD (and Mac) support is not going to be any time soon I'm afraid.

No worries. It works without it. The distorted texture fix would really be great though (photomatch renderability with a background image).

podium in general is a great program...

I would like the ability to use my GPU to render. I know it's something you probably won't do, since it sounds like an insane undertaking and would be hard to optimize, but wouldn't rendering with hunderends or thousands of cores be much faster than 4 to 16 cores?

Also more materials. While items are good, and don't get me wrong I love your selection of items to choose from, materials would be nice

A fix other than QMC for blotches.

The next major version should add GPU acceleration and better (less grain, more speed) unbiased render modes.

Blotches are caused by unbiased presets not being optimal for some scenes. The only way to fix this is to make every single scene render more slowly, or to get everyone to configure their render parameters for each scene [smile]
