The Masonry Designer application is excellent... you can change color, size, grout etc and even add bands of different brick. good high rez outputs for free. recently discovered this site.
On top right of the page.

this is fantastic..the resultant textures are large and varied too. excellent tool but a little bit slow I find. needs some tweaking in PS to make completely seamless (its already seamless vertically; horizontally its a bit off-needs to be cropped a couple of mm)

i made this one in about a minute!!
you can save image as 200% of sample size for hig res.
you can change every aspect of the bond......i love this. it woulda taken ages to make a high quality varied brick texture like this in photoshop.
sorry about the large file size its just to demonstrate how nice the maps are.
