Nice work! Very clean renders but I think these scenes are all over-lit.

How are you lighting these? Obviously you are using sunlight, but it also looks like you are using fill lighting, and too much of it by the look of it.

Also, what preset are you using?

Great stuff! I am always glad to see our Browser components used in renderings. I noticed that the posted images are jpeg. For output it is better to use png since you will get nicer gradient on the walls and other colored, non textured surfaces. And that is another advice - use textures as much as possible. For the walls you have stucco. For furniture, if it is not textured, use color with some blurred reflection since almost every surface in reality has some reflection, it just depends on angle or point of view.

Hey all,

I made this renders with 1.0.5_interior_High. if posted the original renders with this post, after i renderd these with podium v2 9.9 (because with the new versions the look very blured i also posted on with this post) i use in photoshop 'curves' to lighten the render up and work out the dark spots, than i ad light beams true the windows (i try :-) with photoshop if someone can explane how this realy work i like to learn it. I have use thise tutorial http://www.photoshopessentials.com/photo-effects/sunlight-trees/

You'll improve the quality if you use the QMC presets

Yes, but if you want the best quality, you have to wait for it.

The alternative is to modify the presets to get much closer to the QMC quality but much faster. This is generally possible for most scenes, but the settings in the presets are configured to produce good results from the widest possible range of scenes.

There are no new QMC presets, what were you hoping they would do?

It's not really possible to speed them up.

Hi Gdesign,

I know that Photoshop tutorial, but I can't see any picture which you applied those beams on? I'm asking to learn about the way how you've postprocessed your images!

I like your selection of renders, nice clean and simple, well thought out. The QMC preset will improve them, but still very good.

Nat
