12 hours is way too long for exterior preview, especially if you have a good computer as you say.  So something about the model is probably causing the slowness.

Tons of things can impact render time.... resolution of render, complexity of the model, complexity of the lighting and materials.  Can't really give tangible suggestions without at least seeing a screenshot though.

Since it's an exterior.... do you have a huge number of 3d trees or plants? That's something that could certainly slow down an exterior render.

If you upload it to our support account we can take a look at the model: http://suplugins.com/podium/support.php

well yeah, and as i mention there'a only 2 parts of rendering that takes ages , its the raytracing and resampling edges , last night the resampling edges took about 20 hours ...
the project its big and the vegetation that i used its all 2D ,also the resulution that im using its 600x540 for rendering.....

follow mine computer config

its a i7 8th generation
32gb of ram
254gb x2 ssd
GTX 1080 TI 16gb

i pretty much realized that what made the render take ages to go , was the amount of geometry

Ok good to know.

Check the material settings on your 2D vegetation, and make sure the edge smoothing attribute is set to 'none.'  If some of your plants are using default or standard, it could explain why resampling is taking so long. This can make a huge difference for scenes with a lot of plants.

Can you please post the contents of the Analyse model dialog?
Click on the spanner/wrench icon.

Also a screenshot would be good.

The Preview preset should have no resampling edges phase, and the 2d trees are simply flat planes.

There is something in this scene which is killing your render time, and I don't think it's the trees.
