I'm playing around with night renderings and here I tired to have these planes lit up with LEMs(see the model screenshot attached). For some reason the blue artifacts appeared, even though the light colours are yellow and red(see the rendering attached). The background colour in the model was dark blue, so maybe that's what's causing it but in any case it shouldn't be happening.

Any thoughts on how to loose these?

You need to use a different preset. The QMC one gives most accurate results and is the one to use if you have blotches.
