Hey all, I'm working on interior renderings of corridor spaces. Given the tight spacial constraints it is often hard to get a useful viewpoint within the space and I have to build an additional "niche" off the actual volume of the corridor to place a camera. Usually this works fine, but I'm working on a space that has mirrors, and I'd like the reflection in the mirror (as well as lighting) to be accurate to the actual corridor space, not the corridor + the niche I have added. Is there a way to utilize a one-way wall essentially, so my camera is seeing into a space through the wall, but any reflections, lighting, shadows, etc are being processed as if the wall in front of my camera is opaque?
