I thought it was time for a fun project, so I based this one loosely on a picture from the internet.
https://kent.tiledoctor.biz/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2015/10/Geometric-Victorian-Floor-Restoration-Bromley-Tiling-Complete-00217.jpg

Using most of the items from the Podium Browser I came up with this:

First I added more light above the stairs, but I like it more this way. Now the attention is drawn more to the far side.
I used the Nudge tool to bring a little disorder to the tiles, because the floor looked too perfect.
rendered with ProWalker for 3 hours.

When I first glanced at it, I thought it was the picture from the internet! So, great job. I particularly like the plaster on the left wall and the reflection on the beveled tiles. Using the nudge tools on these was a great idea and really adds to the realism of the image.

Wow this looks fantastic, modeling the tiles was definitely worth it. The lighting is really nicely composed too!

The tiles, lighting and composition are fabulous!

However your balusters are improbably slender, you need a lot more rounding on the tread of that bottom step, and the rounded balustrade needs more detail. You have spent so much time on the rest of the scene, that these things let it down a little for me..
