Thought to share with everyone a trick I'm using with V2. When Sketchup exports and Podium starts to render CPU is almost 100% loaded. What I do is go to task manager, find Podium process (OOPR) and set it's priority to below normal. That way you can continue to work almost as if yr not rendering at all. Guess it'll take a bit more time to finish rendering, but you can use that time to do something usefull.
Does anybody know is there a way to set OOPR's default priority level to below normal so you don't have to repeat this?

Here is an app that manages processes more efficiently and you can permanently set applications priority. Exactly what I was looking for.

Ow I need to try this! I had some issues with my home pc regarding cpu and podium, at some point podium was not tapping into 100% cpu anymore... it went to zero to twenty whilest the corresponding KB's went way up high. thanks Davor

Hello all.
When at work i send my drawings to my home computer using DropBox, then connect and render directly from DropBox.
Then, when the render is finished it pops up at work back in the DropBox.

I just downloaded the trial version and this is the first thing I did during my first render.  This should really be a default or at least an option.  The entire benefit of the queue is that you can keep working (which I love!!)

I have this app runing for a few days now and it is not that good. I expected more. All that it needs to do is automatically set oopr priority to below normal, but it tends to alter other programs as well. I would like it better if Podium had a setting for priority.

Hi
I have found this app:http://www.prnwatch.com/prio.html
May be, after all, we can use our pc while podium is rendering.
