Hi! Can anyone offer suggestions on how to remedy this issue with how my cabinet textures are rendering? Thanks!

Check for reversed faces, duplicate objects, faces, etc. Clean Up and Solid Inspector are great plugins for this.

Also check if you haven't applied materials to your groups and/or components. 
Knipsel.jpg  make sure that components and groups have the default material! You can check this by clicking the group or model and check the Entity Info.

But what if it is still not working?

I've been suffering from this problem for a great long time.
IMO, the best solution is to set material as unique...
Although it's a little time-consuming...

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. The issue was that the group did have the texture. thanks for the help!
